Hey friends, I’m Caton Del Rosario. I have been a mortgage lender for nearly a decade, I’m a YouTuber, Content Creator, and a bit of a nerd if I do say so myself.

This page is all about me, so feel free to learn a little less about home loans and more about the guy behind the monitor. 🙂

Quick Facts About Me:

1. I started my mortgage career in 2015 and have been creating content to help home buyers since 2017.

2. I recently started a Funko Pop collection and regularly attend Comic-Con.

3. My favorite video game at the moment is Cities Skylines (looking forward to #2!)

4. I am a fan of the Lakers, Chargers, and Padres.

What I’m Up To Now:

Most days I spend time with my wife and our dog. We consider ourselves “foodies” and are always on the hunt for new places to eat. On our lazy days we’ll stay in and binge our latest Netflix series (currently The Witcher), play board games, and order in some Doordash.
